Order Processing:

Please allow between 24-36 hours for your order to be processed. We are committed to dispatching your orders promptly. However, items listed as "PRE-ORDER" may have extended shipping times.

Pick-Up Procedures:

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up.

Parcel Courier: CANADA POST

  • All tracking numbers will be promptly forwarded to your email.
  • We utilize the EXPEDITED PARCEL service for all orders.
  • After dispatch, the package is under the responsibility of Canada Post. For any shipment delays or concerns, kindly reach out directly to Canada Post.

We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer on their region.
